Sarah drives cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful safety outcomes and advocates for visible, proactive leadership as a cornerstone of building a strong safety culture.
Libby Cudbertson
Maritime Partners in Safety Programme Lead
Libby leads the Maritime Partners in Safety (MPinS) programme, driving initiatives that embed a culture of care, learning, and leadership across global operations. With extensive ship management experience, supported by a strong background in maritime assurance and vetting standards (OCIMF, SIRE 2.0, CDI), Libby focuses on building psychological safety, promoting reflective learning, and fostering collaboration between Shell and industry partners. Passionate about creating respectful and safer workplaces, Libby champions continuous improvement and open reporting as key enablers of a strong safety culture
Deepak Kumar
Partners in Safety Programme Advisor
Deepak is responsible for planning and conducting risk-based Shell vessel visits, managing a pool of qualified Shell Visit Focals in collaboration with business leads, and supporting the Programme Lead in partner performance and improvement engagements. His seagoing experience and technical expertise enable him to design and deliver impactful learning activities that strengthen safety culture and operational excellence across the programme
Kerrie Bonning
Partners in Safety Programme Coordinator
Kerrie is your first point of contact via email and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the programme. She focuses on programme logistics and communication, making sure everything stays organised and on track. An established member of the team, Kerrie is known for being a problem solver and solution-oriented thinker, always finding practical ways to overcome challenges and keep things moving efficiently.
